CONTEST RULES
Selection of Winners: Winner will be determined by random drawing from all eligible entries received, at the end of the Contest. The Winner will be notified by e-mail. The Winner will have 3 days from notification to accept the prize by e-mail. Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify winners.
Sponsor donating a prize is responsible for mailing the prize to the winner in a timely manner and is responsible for all shipping charges.
THIS CONTEST IS LIMITED TO THE UNITED STATES AND CANADA ONLY.
Conditions: By entering, each participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final. Sponsor is not responsible and shall not be liable for fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, entries; telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind; failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions; any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in the Contest; or any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Contest. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate Contest at any given time.
